Effective consistent workouts

I love this app so much. I love how well the exercises are explained and demonstrated and I love how they are reasonable and traditional yet the most effective exercises out there. I’m so glad it doesn’t tell me to go do donkey kicks on the smith machine the middle of the floor like a complete clown. The only recommendation I would make is that I’m a little lost on my progress and if/when changes to my “regimen” will take effect. I saw that my reps increased after I did the burpee test but I’m not sure what to expect next. Maybe I just need to keep using it. I imagine it’s a relatively new app and it’ll only get better and better. Also the recipes are the bomb!

Hi there, thanks so much for your review - we’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the app so far! You raise a good question about progress - for this we recommend sticking to the program for 4 weeks initially, and updating your measurements/burpee test at this point. After this you can stick to a regular check-in period (usually between 2 & 6 weeks), but there’s no hard & fast rules - if you’re feeling particularly fit before your regular check-in then you can gauge your progress at this point. The burpee test will automatically determine your reps/interval times when you check-in. Thanks again for taking the time to review us!

You raise a good question about progress - for this we recommend sticking to the program for 4 weeks initially, and updating your measurements/burpee test at this point. Finally giving me order to my workout

I’ve never been one for working out and this has been such a great app to keep me consistent and gives me workouts I can follow. I never know what to do at the gym or at home so this app is everything for me. The only thing I would change is for them to not hop straight into the next set and give a rest time between so I’m not always having to pause. Regardless I’m in love with this app! Thank you!
