I really only use the app for timekeeping. At my current assignment, I don’t have a login for their scheduling/timekeeping program so I just take a picture of the time clock with each punch. That means I usually have to upload 6-8 pictures each week and the app only lets me upload them one at a time. This is annoying at times because it’s a tedious process if my connection is slow and I frequently lose track of which pictures I’ve already submitted and have to take the time to double check. PLEASE make it so I can select more than one photo at a time to upload!

The trusted app for timekeeping sounds like a great idea in theory! Tracking in the app is annoying when doing any shift other than a 12 hr shift. This app auto assumes you work 12 hours and doesn’t adapt intuitively to commonly logged hours. I work 10 hours and i always have to scroll the hours back to 17:30 because it auto fills my end time to 19:30. It’s also redundant to fill my hours in on the app, and then it’s now policy to print a trusted health log sheet for hours worked to be filled in by hand and signed by my superiors on-site. Why am I double logging? Either let me fill out the app or let me just fill out the paper and get it signed, why both? And then I have to take a picture of the paper and upload it. There’s always issues when trying to fill in “on call” time. It’s truly not intuitive and this app is NOT designed for OR nurses who commonly have on-call hours throughout the week. It assumes you are on call because your facility called you off not because it’s built into your schedule. The drop down menu’s for “reason on call” doesn’t even have enough options for us OR nurses to pick. They only have “short staffed” listed and some other nonapplicable options that I have to make up in order to satisfy the “reason on call”. Operating room nurses have to work on call because it is built in to our schedule. We could be fully staffed and have to be called in for an emergency case overnight. The app just doesn’t make sense when you are anything but a floor nurse. Nice try trusted, it could have been great but it’s really lacking.

I've been traveling for a long time and just starting the process with Trusted. However, Trusted's app is the easiest, most user friendly process in the industry. Their pay seems competitive and already I've seen more available assignments than my current company, with better rates. I am an extremely loyal human being by nature and the fact that I'm shopping around for a new company should speak volumes, but Trusted had my respect and attention with their ease of access. Thank you for putting the time on the back end to make us travel nurses have a one stop shop for all our travel needs! I'm trusting Trused from here on out. I don’t really write reviews but I’ve had such great experiences with this app, I had to write one. Trusted Health is hands down the best app for travel. The agents are amazing—especially our agent Allegra, who has been incredible to work with. That said, I’ve had great experiences with the entire team. Their communication is truly top tier, and everyone has such a positive, professional attitude.I also really appreciate how the app clearly shows all the information for each assignment, which makes everything so much easier compared to other applications. The team is great, the support is reliable, and the app makes travel stress-free. Highly recommend!
