Hospitals: please look elsewhere
Recently began using this app and to say it barely works is a compliment. Incentive shifts are randomly generated, their timestamps are not coordinated with the company/user time zone, and shift release notifications are not sent consistently - if at all. Most of the time notifications simply do not get sent out. Reaching out to their helpdesk is futile. I am not the only person who has issues with using this app, the majority of my coworkers do also. Healthcare companies would be better off to have their IT department build their own app.
Easy to use
Picking up shifts is really easy! I can see what the pay rate is and all the shift details. They made some updates recently and they are really nice!
