My hospital uses shift wizard with two factor identification and it makes you do the two factor every single time you open the app, even if you only closed it for a second. A waste of time to constantly keep logging in. The app itself is great once it’s logged in.

Not working after Apple Update

This app has always been great for keeping up with my work schedule. I use it constantly. After the latest update from apple I am no longer able to log in. I continuously get an error message when trying to sign in. I can’t get in to see my work schedule at all from my phone. Please fix this issue as soon as possible! Many people in healthcare depend on this app.

This was adopted by my job and it’s been nothing but problems. It doesn’t open up available shifts when it’s supposed to, it deletes all the shifts that are put in so our managers have to put them back in manually, it just doesn’t function. They need to take this off the market and fix it.
