Wanted to give Dylan a “Shout Out” as today is her Second day at the job and she is doing GREAT. She greeted me right away as I walked in, smiled and took my order. I knew she was NEW as she stumbled finding the item on the menu and giving me credit on my rewards but she apologized as it was her second day. I don’t usually write surveys but when someone deserves it, you have to let Management know. I literally live walking distance to your competitors (Jamba juice, HORRIBLE SERVICE, UNFRIENDLY and ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED) but I don’t mind driving to your location for the service, great attitude and making me feel recognized.

The new app has a great new look. I love being able to order ahead and walking in to pick up my order. The loyalty points that I can earn are also great. I noticed that this version doesn’t have access to your cart like the last one did. I closed the app before I ordered and went back in to complete it at a later time. It didn’t tell me that I had ordered the same thing twice until after I placed my order.

The app has so many deals and coupons. I initially got it for the convenience, i had a delivery job and sometimes dont have enough time to stop and actually order lunch so picking up a smoothing real quick is a life saver. The more you order the more points and coupons you earn! Definitely worth the download and i rarely ever rate apps!!!!

I rely on Juice It Up app almost daily. There’s 2 locations I frequent in my town and even once by accident, I was near the other location in Arizona. While I love this app, I gave it only 4 stars because I get notices often like the number 10 pops up in the app’s icon indicating to me that there are 10 messages or 10 offers or 10 something. I open up the app and nothing is there. Nothing. Please clean this up. It’s misleading.
