Erewhon 4+

New app/ website still has a bug. I have to re-enter my cc info every time I place an order. It will not take the saved info from previous order. Order will fail and say “activation required.” This is a hassle. Particularly if you want to place an order and do not have your card in front of you.

It’s so depressing that no one knows how to design apps. The UX on this one is abysmal. Can’t change my store location — just keeps jumping back to the 1st location. At that location, the app tells me a product I just bought doesn’t exist. Anytime I do go to a new page, I’m harassed to buy a membership. Honestly, why would I want to spend money for a company that is this shoddy with its design. Nothing in the UX/UI gives me a sense of a functioning business. It’s in no way an intuitive and seamless its navigation. I truly can’t even use the damned thing. Pics are really ugly, as well. Often your app will be the first thing people see of Erewhon. I can’t imagine this app enticing anyone to rush over and fill up their shopping bags. Hire some girls (they’re better at understanding intuition and organization, which includes navigation). Boys are into speed and can only see one part of a whole. Hire some lateral thinkers!

Every delivery app on the planet keeps a list of previously ordered items for quick selection and addition to the cart next time around.

This app used to have - then removed.

A workaround is going to previous orders - which shows your items - then click “add to cart” from there. It’s tedious - but better than typing in one item at a time.

But that functionality now no longer works. It should - as it seemingly allows it - but the new update killed it. After adding only 3 items from previous orders to my cart it no longer works. Tried refreshing and emptying cart - same result.

Amazing store. Amazing folks. Amazing selections. App is beautiful and should function with the style and grace of the store itself. It’s an embarrassment and has frustrated me and wasted so much of my time.

On three different occasions I took my $600 orders to Whole Foods and ordered from their Prime app - which is also terrible - but at least functional as has the most important function of all - SAVING PREVIOUSLY ORDERED ITEMS.

Pretty please - with sugar on top - Bring that back and I will immediately change this to 5 stars. Until then the app is useless. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Thank you 🙏🏼
