I use this app every morning to ground myself and get focused for the day. Lately when I open the app early in the morning (6-7am EST) I just get a gray screen that lasts for hours. Please look into this so early risers can continue having this as part of our morning routines. Thank you.

What I like about this Catholic app is that it has the daily readings for every weekday and every weekend and I’ve used this app several times before when I attended mass on Sunday mornings and it’s better than using the book. But whenever I use it at a Catholic Church, there’s some parishioners who might or might not like the idea of me using it and might not approve of it and might frown upon it. I understand that they have a right to their own opinions and I’m not going to argue with them. If they don’t like the idea of me using the app, well that’s on them. Because I’m entitled to my own opinion as well and no, I will not give into a heated debate with them. And I’ll just use it very discreetly.

I have been using several Catholic apps and two have become the mainstays of my daily worship and prayer - this is one of them. I cannot recommend this app too highly for every Catholic who seeks to support and grow their faith. It is easy to use at a moment’s notice providing immediate access to the daily mass readings in both written and if one chooses audio forms from the same location. Thus no matter where one is one can read and/or listen to the mass readings as a way to prepare for mass, during mass to follow the readings or outside of mass to meditate prayerfully on the readings. And it is completely free!

I panicked recently when I got a new phone and was unable to download this app again because it said it was unavailable in the App Store. Thank goodness it was available a little more than a week later. I love this app, I had to download another app, which was not nearly as good as this one. I love to listen to the mass readings on my way to work. I also love the reflections, which is almost like a little homily. I absolutely love this app and I believe that it’s making me a better person. try it, it’s great!
