If you can stay focused, you can manage your weight. This is a pretty extensive compilation of foods from restaurant menus (Think McDonald’s to Panda Express to Popeye’s to Longhorn Steak House and everything in between. It includes everyday favorites like hard boiled eggs, chicken breast, thousand island dressing and a slice of bread. You can easily look up ingredients like one cup of rice, one teaspoon of sugar, one tablespoon of honey. There are very few things I couldn’t find. I haven’t really felt the need to calculate food point values from scratch by entering calories, fiber, carbs, sugar, etc. However, this app can do that too! You get all this for free. You really can’t beat that!

It has all the calculations for you for all the most popular restaurants. Not only that, but I love the way that it gives you the options between classic points, points plus, and smart points. There are many other great features as well and I love the fact that you can search online as well as off line. If you are doing WW then this is a great comapion app to have. I you have ever done WW but are not anymore you will definitely be familiar and comfortable using this app. Either way using this app is a win-win for those looking to start your lifestyle change journey or for those of you who are already well into your journey!

This app is so easy to use and the list of pre-loaded foods is a life saver when tracking points for ww. It also gives you 3 different points options for historical ww plans. For example, if you were on weight watchers more than 10 years ago and use the “old” points system, you can still use this app. You can also use the current smart points system as well. The flexibility within the app is great. You can customize and build your own foods in the app. Also, the barcode feature is really cool. You simply scan the barcode and the points for that particular food will automatically pop up. This is an excellent tool for use in tracking your food intake.

This new app is very easy to use. It has a food bank of almost any food one can choose. It also has a barcode scan option that works quickly and accurately. A feature few apps have is the capability and flexibility for the user to select a classic and a smart plan based a on the diet the particular dieter prefers. It also calculates your weight, height, age, and activity level to reach the calculations to reach your goal and tracks whatever you record. One of the features I most appreciate is the lack of interruptions asking the user to upgrade so every calculation isn’t accompanied by the need to X out the upgrade page.
