Associated has trouble listening to their business users

We’ve been asking for mobile deposit for the past five years. This app also is just a webpage hiding in an iOS app that wants to know your location. The App will crash if you do not choose to share your location with associated. Please give us mobile deposit so we don’t have to drive to a branch to deposit.

Ungodly glitchy and poor performance

In comparison to the app that Associated Bank has for personal accounts, this app is trash and I'm being generous when i say that. For being 21 years old and growing up with technology this app is even difficult for me to navigate and understand. It runs very slow to say the least, every operation is buggy and glitchy. Im not usually one to complain but like i said compared to the app for personal accounts this one is extremely confusing, its like they put a single day into research and development. If you’re looking for a good bank i would recommend them but as far as this app goes it needs a major redesign before it would be considered operationally sufficient.

Business Mobile App has never worked

I got a business account with Associated bank a couple months ago, I downloaded the app entered my user and password info hit Sign In and it closed. I’ve tried many more times and nothing. I called Associated bank for technical support and spoke to someone about the issue. I tried it again, I even deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still didn’t work I provided the details of the type of phone verified that I have the latest upgrade etc. They said they don’t have any known issues. So for now I’ll have to live without the app on my phone for this business.

Cannot even login

I have called several times this week and can not login. They tell me I need to log out of the browser, which I never used. Set up browser, log out and still cannot login to mobile app. They tell me they have no reports of issues from anyone else.The only reason I went with Associated was because I was looking for a local/regional bank for my business account that also had a mobile app since my business hours make it impossible to get to the bank when it is open.Fail.
