more My cameras do not record or playback a feature I wanted and can’t receive! technician came out said the problem was fix worked for a day and stopped working again! I gave up after that because it cost me money for a tech to come out even if it’s not your fault. At this point the only fix per the tech is to call each time I need a footage and it will be emailed. Unacceptable!

Beacon Protection is always responsive to any questions or concerns I may have. The app is very intuitive and I love to be able to control my alarm, cameras, thermostats, lights and door locks all from one application. Nice job Beacon!!

This review is purely on the functionality of the application. The application constantly has bugs. Time and time again it has log in errors that the company says they can’t fix. Their solution is to delete and redownload the app (and even that doesn’t work). I’ve been unable to enter my house several times without setting the alarm off do to the app not letting me log in to disarm the alarm. Super frustrating!!!
