Worst company ever! I have a loan I opened since July. At first, I had an issue where the app wouldn’t let me make my first payment. I called in and had the payment made and signed up for autopay so this wouldn’t happen again. 2 days later, they also took out the autopay payment hence I made 2 payments that month. I called to get a refund, they claimed to have returned it, a month later I still didn’t receive my refund, but made my timely payment for the new month. I have called over and over, month after month, and have been told a supervisor has to look into it. January 2024 and I still haven’t had a solution, yet “late” fees are accumulating because of the “returned” payment its as if I missed that month. The app doesn’t work and their customer service doesn’t either. DO NOT APPLY!!!!

We understand there was an issue with your bank not crediting the funds we returned back to them back to your account; we offered to discuss on a three way call with you and them to assist. We understand they have now credited your account; in addition, we have waived the late payment fees associated with your iCreditWorks account. If you still have outstanding questions, please contact us at 877-388-4821 8 AM to 5 PM CST M-F. Once again, apologies for the issues you have been experiencing.

They do not answer their customer service phone and they charged me for a return fee but there is no evidence showing in my bank statement that they pulled the money. They also will double charge you if you pay your bill early and you are set up for automatic payment. The app wouldn’t let me turn off my automatic payments on my own I had to call the customer service line (which they don’t answer the phone) to turn off automatic payments. This company is a scam.
