I’ve been loving learning about DeFi and this app has been very user friendly. I’ve been trading in the Gains platform, swapping and bridging coins, and checking out other services pretty regularly since downloading it. My only complaint is Ramp as a buying option. I tried buying $50 of Ethereum and the transaction has been processing for days and I have not gotten any response from Ramp support. Moonpay worked great, but I would stay away from buying from Ramp, at best they are incompetent and at worst they may be scamming people. Terrible customer service. Other than those schmucks, Rainbow has been great and I will continue to use them and recommend them the friend and acquaintances. Please drop Ramp or tell them to treat Rainbow customers with more respect and urgency.

I’ve only had a little experience with rainbow, but it has been an exciting one so far. I think that it’s going to be the platform for me to really introduce myself into the cryptocurrency universe. I have had a few opportunities to immerse myself in to Web3, but because of extenuating circumstances, I haven’t been able to explore these options. As much as I would like. Now that I might have some more time on my hands, I would like to utilize the entire realm of possibilities. and I believe rebuild will help me get there a little bit faster with a lot more style. I did one swap and was charged a $446 dollar fee! The transaction didn’t show me the charge of $446 before the swap, only the gas fee. IF YOU SWAP THE 20% PREMIUM FEE IS ON YOUR ENTIRE STACK OF CRYPTO YOU’RE SWAPPING NOT ON THE GAS FEE. It is not clear that the premium fee is not on the eth gas fee and looks intentionally deceiving probably on purpose to trick people into doing a premium swap. I left a Twitter comment with photo proof yesterday and they haven’t responded yet. If I get the charge back or any of my $446 Back that would be amazing. This is literally the only fault of the app that they don’t make it clear they’re taking 20% of your stack. Also it’s predatory that they’d even do such a 20% charge because like me I was in the middle of something and wanted to swap quickly I never would have imagined they’d have such a charge, I thought this app was safe. Kyber network and uniswap would never take 20% of your stack. Rainbow please make this right.
