I’ve been doing Team Body Project workouts for years now. I love it! I have been an avid exercisers since I was 18- I am now 52- throughout all of those years no app/trainer has kept me coming back day after day- never getting bored- like this one. I can always find what my needs are at the time- whether it be Level 5 or Level 3, high impact or low, cardio or strength training or abs or all 3, boxing or training, 20 minutes or 60- literally whatever I want or need at different times of my life. Making it even better you can’t beat Alex and Daniel! They keep you interested and going throughout with words of encouragement, laughter, even distracting you throughout the workout with talking making it fly by! I always feel like I’ve had a great workout afterwards and am in excellent shape because of it! I also love the new trainers they added on! Adds even more depth and variety! And of course I love the girls in the back:) Thank you all so much!! I never dread working out because of you all and continue to keep my body toned and heart healthy!! Xo

I’ve been a member for a few years now and have loved every single thing about Team Body Project. The team keeps me engaged throughout each workout. I love the camaraderie along with the variety of options and programs. It’s easy to adjust to my level but also push myself to a higher level of training at times. With so many things that affect people’s lives and schedules, this program allows more flexibility than any other options out there. The motto is just keep moving as much as possible! Anyone of any age could benefit from their programs. I was pleasantly surprised by the functional, mobilization, yoga and stretching routines for days when I just need to nourish my body. Thank you Team Body Project for sharing free videos I found several years ago to start a new fitness journey. I appreciate each any every one you! I look forward to many more years working out with you!

I have tried a million different programs and videos online, then I stumbled upon Team Body Project and fell in love with working out again. There are workouts for every fitness level, and every walk of life. Workouts you can do anywhere - at home, or on vacation. TBP also has the best, most supportive team and community. We push, and support each other like a family. You won’t be sorry trying Team Body Project out! Just press play! The app is very user friendly, easy to navigate and find the workouts one needs. One could also create their very own workout schedule (calendar), pre-plan it ahead, and follow through. Like your own personal trainers, Daniel, Alex, and team are right at the tip of your fingers.

Daniel Bartlett is a magician! He got an extremely out of shape woman who has never been a fan of exercise a new lease on life! I’ve been overweight my entire life, until I found TBP in April of 2020. I was 246 lbs and every part of my body hurt. I’m now 155 lbs and have maintained it for over three years. No gym, no trainer, nobody could give me what TBP gave me! I have since become interested in Pilates thanks to the lovely Lady Coach, Alexandra Bartlett (Daniel’s beautiful wife). Thanks to her I have not had back pain in three years! I had spinal fusion and was in constant pain for years! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this group. If you want to learn to love your body and take care of it in a a gentle and fun way, you HAVE to join!
