I downloaded this app three days ago and absolutely loved it! The only problem is that you have to verify your account via text message or phone call which is completely unnecessary due to the fact that this app is made for associates only. This app should have an auto login feature so that you don't have to manually enter your password each time. Overall I give this a 9.8/10!

For reference I use the App everyday since it’s come out and has improved slightly over time. The most recent update I had to find through email though not through App updates or a notification when logging into PUB PRO this morning on 9/30. It wasn’t until I looked at email that came in at 7:32 forwarded from my store manager that I even knew why the scanning feature wasn’t working. Everytime the app has more security features which makes explains to other associates difficult when there isn’t any guides that drop down for these updates and even ahead of them so I’m forced to spend 30 mins trouble shooting the issues myself

Publix Pro is not the best camera doesn’t work half the time when you need it to. Billion dollar company and can’t even get the best software but worry about numbers and sales and opening new stores smh
