We are going to introduced in Bangladesh’s first ever online ‘Constituency Based Development Monitoring System’ to track and manage the ongoing development activities under every constituency involving public representatives along with the local and central administration.
The Prime Minister’s Office, Cabinet Division, Ministry of Planning and other ministries as well as members of Parliament can monitor the development activities of constituencies quite easily through a dashboard. Thus, the system facilitates effective management and plays an important role in the formulation of policy decisions to ensure uniform development throughout the country. This initiative is directly aligned with goals of the SDGs and has a strong linkage with the ‘Development Results Framework’ of Bangladesh.
There will be some major stakeholders in this tracker. Who are:
1. Citizen
2. Member of parliament /UP Chairmen / Mayor
3. Government service Holders
4. Ministry ways user
Constituency tracker system will be available on web version as well as mobile phone also. To Use this tracker system Most of the MP can easily monitor their constituency area development and progress, identify what consumer demand is for locally and easily can compare development flow in close proximity. If we can provide the service through a mobile phone that be easy to use and more efficient. The core features of the tracker will be implemented in the National way’s amelioration.
