I have chronic apoxemia due to other factors but I needed something to accurately measure my o2 stats continuously and alarm me when they fall. It’s doing that but I don’t always get the alarm and not sure why. It seems to be reasonably accurate. Charging is clumsy and hope that is improved.

The app is nice; however, it would be better if I could explore the data either via a data export or a cursor, like the o2vibe app had, and if it would send all data to Apple’s Health App. Some of the data are there, but most are not. Of course, the issue could be on Apple’s end, but this shortcoming is disappointing, as the app’s ability to sync with Apple’s Health suite was a critical part of my decision to purchase the Circul+ ring.Edit: I decided to lower my rating, because the Sleep Report will give a lowest SpO2 value, but this value does not appear on the chart/graph, meaning I cannot tell *when* this dip occurred, which is critically important information (i.e., I need to be able to ascertain if the dip occurred when I got out of bed and walked around or while I was asleep).

And poor user interface on app. I have reached out to the company twice for help to keep the device connected to anything! So far crickets. Seems the support team is as useless as the device itself. I will ask for a refund. Buyer beware this is not what you think it is. The user interface on the app is not intuitive. It clunky and difficult to navigate. I am unable to find information and instructions about how to best navigate or set up the device and what the readings actually mean. Zero customer service or response. Useless

Finally! This is a wearable device that takes continuous measurements of your key heath metrics. No other device does what the Prevention CIRCUL+ does- not even close. It monitors spO2, tracks sleep, tracks steps, monitors heart rate and temperature. This is truly the best health/wellness device in the market. App is great and very easy to use and set up. Love it.
