This app is required at my employer, so I’m stuck dealing with it. You can send and receive messages, but even those tasks are minimally supported. Symphony often fails to clear notifications when one opens the app. It often takes multiple tries to get it to clear badges for different chats. The editor offers no formatting of any sort. The desktop app, which is really just a captive web browser, offers myriad features none of which are provided in this app.If all you want is to send and receive simple text messages, this app generally works well enough. Just don’t expect anything more.
