I love the concept of the service - order your food by mobile app, pay for it, no hassle. Delivery person delivers and it’s already paid for. The delivery people are nice too. However; every time I want to use the app I need to delete it from my phone and download again because it does not allow me to sign in. It’s a real pain. I’ve used the app a few times over the past 4 months hoping it will get better but it looks Iike they have no intention of fixing the app issues. Also, it takes forever to get the food. Feels like more than 40 minutes. I mean these people have a parking lot full of vehicles. Why can’t I get my food in 30 minutes or less. So I am trying out the other food delivery app in Cayman. I will come back if you fix the issues.

While the app is an awesome idea and a massive leap forward in terms of what used to be available on the island it does not measure up to some other technology that has edged into this market gap with it. The app is glitchy and kicks you out when you try searching for a restaurant name, so you have to resort to manually scrolling through to not have the app fail on you. Also, special comments requested by the restaurants (like drink specifications for combos etc) do not show up so a few glitches there too.Hoping that these issues can be worked out because the market is HUNGRY (excuse the pun) for some technology that can live up to their expectations of ease of use in terms of food delivery at their finger tips.
Can't login anymore - BUG

I tried to login in on my iPad and kept getting a "credentials invalid" warning. Went on my phone and tried changing the password, which worked, proving I was trying to login earlier with the right password and it was just a bug. After changing the password, the app logged me out on the phone so I could reenter it, and now I get a "credentials invalid" warning on both devices. The "Forget Password?" option sits right on top of the sign in button and is impossible to click on. Please fix this!

Subway is only 6 blocks away and both times I could have walked there, ate, and walked back in half the time my orders took. Both times it took over a hour. The roasted chicken was ice cold and the bread is soggy (even when I didn’t add Mayo the second time). I even sent a complaint the second time that my food is sitting there waiting and they tell me that it’s 25 min prep time (for Subway!!!) Even with that it’s been 38 mins so it’s ready. Took 68 mins before my food got here even. Food services to use are Uber Eats, Grub Hub, Door Dash, and Food Dudes!!!!!
