I normally do not write reviews but this one I felt compelled to.In the two weeks I have used the app it has done the followingA.keeps making me re login even after checking remember me.B.generates a random error that has to do with the time clock. My punch in and outs are hit or miss. C. Notes disappear even after adding them and then checking to see where the account notes went. D. Has me constantly going back and forth with office personnel to find work order numbers because Sedona chooses not to show them unless they are scheduled as a task not an appointment.E. Unless you have it set to sync on the desktop - the job description doesn’t update for the technician. It should be automatic. This app is hot garbage and I can’t believe we switched from jobber to this. Yes the features are there that would be extremely beneficial, but that’s if they work.1 star from me . I can’t believe the app developers for this released this in good faith and are selling people on it. 😂
Horrible
Disgruntled and hopeless
This app at one point used to be decent. However, over the past month it has gotten progressively worse. It won’t keep you logged in. If you have the app open and move to another app for a second and go back to Sedona it logs you out. Talk about an inconvenience. I have to log in about 8-10 times a day just to do simple tasks. I have been screenshotting notes and ticket numbers just to avoid re-opening the app.

This app crashes constantly, it is a necessity for my job and honestly makes it SO much harder. Worst app I’ve ever used by far. Never saved notes or time, impossible to maneuver around the phone while using the app, load times are INSANE with great service still terrible load times, and when it finally loads? Bet you bottom dollar it’s gonna crash directly after.
Keeps crashing and won’t stay logged in

When adding times like dispatch or arrival the app closes once the time is submitted. When the app loads it says session expired but then looks like it logs in but won’t open any tickets and crashes. The last update or two have just added more issues.
