When they’ve found what works best for them, Insight Kids can save their favourite tools and stories to their toolbox so these are ready when they need them. Use the Brave diary to record all the times they faced a challenge. To stop small worries becoming bigger, Insight Kids can put them in the Worry Jar or tear them up. Subscribers get access to exclusive soothing tools and stories. To become a subscriber and gain access to premium features and content across both the Insight: For Stress & Anxiety and Insight Kids apps, parents can create an account and subscribe via the Insight: For Stress & Anxiety app. This account can then be used in Insight Kids to access premium features and content.
