I’ve been here over a year and enjoy my place very much. It’s spacious and well laid out. The convince of in home washer and dryer is a big plus for me. I put my own personal decorating touch’s both inside and outside. I like having a handyman on call, from a/c problems to changing light bulbs, the service is friendly, quick and done right the first time. The single story means no waiting for elevators or carrying groceries upstairs. Conveniently located in Pearland it offers access to many facilities and delivery services from most stores and restaurants. With the pandemic that has really been a BIG plus. The community activities from Derby Day to National Lemonade Day are always well planned and funny. The online activities have been a challenge but the Attiva staff has found away even with the COVID-19 virus restrictions. One drawback has been the landscaping. It has suffered from the extreme heat this summer but management is working on the problem. Keeping affordable prices for the apartments is also a challenge but Attiva is worth considering if your looking for a place to call home.

We moved in September 1 and we have been treated with such grace and kindness from the front office we appreciate everything that you do for us I love the apartment and it's so nice and quiet here and we're so happy we found it thank you everyone

As an “ActiveBuilding Custom-Branded App,” the quality of the Cortland+ app relies solely on the quality of the ActiveBuilding app. Cortland+ is simply the ActiveBuilding app with a custom splash screen.Unfortunately, the wrapped app seems to be a hastily-designed and minimally-tested wrapper of RealPage’s web application, which itself has issues. Diversifying your (RealPage’s) platform before solidifying the basis of what the branches are built on is a recipe for disaster, which is apparent in the limited and buggy abilities of this application.This isn’t directly a Cortland issue, but since many properties use RealPage as their leasing platform, you may expect the user experience to be exceptional. A $6.2B company should be able to squeeze their budget enough to hire some quality web and mobile software engineers.

I’m able to do all things I need to do within the app in a matter of minutes. The app has a clean layout and is easy to navigate. I like how descriptive filling in a service request is. They have categories for every possible issue it appears. I had issues in the past signing in but I have not encountered those issues in a long time. Thank you to the team for fixing those and their work in updating the app.
