This app helps me understand the changes I’m experiencing and gives useful tips on how to manage the symptoms. It has helped me realize that the hot flashes, mood swings, crying all the time for any or no reason whatsoever, the confusion and brain fog are all normal and that I’m not alone. It even has super helpful information about intimacy and how to keep your love life alive and well through the changes! I can’t thank you enough Health & Her! You’ve changed this lady’s life for good!
No period, No uterus, No option for me
insaneamoeba
This app was recommended to me by a friend but I was disappointed to find that I was entirely unable to use it. I had a total a do mal hysterectomy at age 37 due to fibroids, and one ovary removed at 42 due to cyst growth. During the sign-up stage there is a point where you have to identify what stage you are at- the first set of options are for people who are still having a period (not me). Under the options for people that aren’t having a period the options are (menopausal, postmenopausal, unsure because of HT, or unsure because of hormonal contraception). There is no option for individuals who have no period because of surgical removals. I don’t have a period, and I don’t know what stage I’m at because I have no uterus- it’s why I needed the app! I wish the app allowed for women who are trying to figure out what stage they are at because they don’t have a lot of the traditional ways to try and figure that out.
Would get 5 stars if there were other options

Some of these things are not for me and there is no other option but to pick one that doesn’t fit my needs or physical issues.. in the stages of menopause I am only 5 months into full on menopause and I had to pick the 12 month one because it was the closest one to me… so if you want a true menopause app you need to include every one and nfn since I started menopause I have had a crazy High libido…. And I am afraid of breaking my husband… he is 65 and I am 50 so…. We have been together for 30 years and we have been intimate like when we first got together… just a slight change of only one time a day except for a few times… and doing it by myself is just not doing it for me so ….. you need other options for people that aren’t common..
Good, but room for improvement

It would be helpful to have some more symptoms and triggers — even to be able to add custom entries for each category. I’m not aware of meat being a trigger for many, but carbs/gluten are very common triggers. It would also be helpful to be able to link specific instances of symptom flair-up with specific triggers at separate times of the day, rather than both getting jumbled together so I can’t remember which trigger was for which flare-up. Also, this is perhaps minor, but for those of us who have had an ablation or hysterectomy and no longer have a period, it would be helpful to be able to specify that. The most useful thing about this app for me is being able to track my symptoms in absence of a period that I could track.
Introducing the new Vaginal Health Tracker, making it easier to log changes in your intimate health, spot patterns over time, and export your records when needed.
This release also includes various UI and UX improvements for a smoother, more intuitive experience.
