Good one but should include option of opening account

Its great that trust is also nit falling behind while everyone is getting digitalized. However i guess there should be some more functions included in the app which would make life easier:1. Opening account : It would be better if users could open new accounts from the app.2. Paying credit card bills: Bill payment of different types including the credit cards would be a great option.Good Luck

Irritating and frustrating location disable pop up 😤

The new overall design is good but I get irritated when I see this location disabled pop up every time I try to open the app. Although it vanishes after few seconds but when I minimize the app and open again on my iPhone, the pop up never goes. It even does not go even if I select ‘while using the app’ location service. It only goes when I select ‘Always’. So two suggestions from my side,1. Disable location should pop up should be shown only when I open the app for the first time or when I select location feature of the app.2. The pop up should not show when I select location option ‘while using the app’ settings from the iPhone.3. (Additional) I always see the pop up after successful login that I don’t have email configured, but when I click on it, it navigates me to browser and there when I give my valid account number, it shows an error message, ‘Invalid account no. Although I checked many times, I gave the correct account number.
Request to Add PIN Change and Card Block Options for iOS Devices

PIN Change Option– It would be highly beneficial to have the option to change the PIN directly through the app for added convenience and security. 2. Card Block Option– In case of any unauthorized transactions or security concerns, it would be great to have the ability to block the card through the app on iOS devices as well.These features would enhance the user experience and provide better control over account security.Thank you for considering this request. Worst banking app ever!!!

Basically, a banking app is useful for sending money or paying bill online but this app do neither one perfectly. You cannot pay USD payment of credit card through this app. Even it often refuses to pay your BDT payment. If so, what was the necessity of making this app?Moreover, it cannot show you your credit card credentials or pay your bills while u log in on the app more than five times a day!!! Ridiculous!!! A devastating app!!! Stay away.
