Stop deactivating my face ID

no nicknames arent taken?
I would like to think a setting that is literally always active on my account should work when I open the app. Instead it requires me to re input my password to activate it making the Face ID useless. Maybe a small oversight for a feature they advertise.

This app is fine when it works as far as a run of the mill banking app, but there are annoying bugs that don’t get fixed like receiving “this check has already been deposited” errors when using mobile deposit for checks that most certainly haven’t yet been deposited. Also when you hit “call us” in the app it apparently sends you to their one “IT specialist” as opposed to dialing your local branch.

Horrible new app

I miss the last app. This new app is awful. I have a secondary on my app for emergency purposes and she never had access to it through the app previously because I never gave her the password. Now she has direct access with the password to her account. The bank says it was always this way. No, it wasn’t. I had the last app and there was no access for her whatsoever. I’m tempted to change banks, if my information is available that easily. If I could give it zero stars then I would.
