Fonts too small and too dim

You need to ask people about how they like a new update before you implement it give your customers a voice and choice. This new update is hard to read due to fonts size and you have some that are too dim I have to use a magnifying glass to read itAlso you made this way too complicated for people that are just simply trying to get information on their accounts I had trouble called the bank and no one there could answer any question I asked about this you need to train your personnel before you implement it I had to learn how to use it by trial and error I then went to the bank and taught some of your people what I had learned they were still in the dark I was told that no training had ever been done for them on thisThis is not a good way to run a business Last comment think of your customers and the workers that serve them
