When you want to change a payment you need to cancel and reset rather than just edit . When entering from the web you need to log on twice, however still good enough!

This application does what’s it supposed to without all the bells and whistles that most other financial apps have. It’s gotten a much needed redesign and functions very well for its purposes. There are a few quality of life features they could be improved upon such as the messages feature. If you’re doing to select a message, you shouldn’t have to scroll down after taping it view it. The message should expand after you’ve tapped the message immediately. Allows the user to view and delete message if necessary without having to scroll through other message titles. Just some simple stuff like that and this app would get more stars from me. 🙂

Our Credit Union switched to this app about 2 years ago. Initially, I dreaded the change. I assumed there would be loss of functionality, but I was pleasantly surprised! Its has a light feel, it’s fast, straightforward. I rely on mobile banking nearly exclusively, using the app.

This app is the worst. There are always updates with no notification. Passwords expire without any notification either. The previous app was also very glitchy and that was changed with no notice. I tried logging in to check my balance but couldn’t. After numerous attempts, I called and someone in customer service told me that there had been a new app developed. I wish there would be an easier system that expedites things without all the wonkiness.
