Been with them for years, today was the worst experience ever with GigPro. I use GigPro for extra money because I got a full time job. Yesterday I pick up a gig and worked 10 long hours to pay car note, after my shift I was told I didn’t show up and also got suspended. Called the people I worked for to tell them that the app said that I didn’t show and I didn’t get paid. Well, they said they contacted GigPro through the messenger app because they don’t even have a phone number for me or for the company I worked for to confirm that I worked. The company Hewitt Oaks ask me to please come to work the following day and they’ll fix this. I want to go buy my car note was due today and I’m literally sick because I been loyal to gig pro for over 2 years. Yeah I’ll get payed eventually but if you’re looking for a gig to get payed the same day to handle your business, I recommend pan handling before GigPro. And they suspended my account so I can’t apply for any other jobs until they fix the issue. I’m in the App Store looking for a better app now and i recommend you all do the same. Hey you new and up coming tech guys I wish y’all could create a better app for my generation, this one done ran its course. Also me and other people who showed up for GigPro was trying to clock in and none of us couldn’t clock in on the app. Of course I’m still using it until I find something better, I ain’t dumb, but I’m just warning those who is about to give it a try. I have never left a review for any app or any company but this has me so frustrated that people need to know that this app is very un reliable now. I’ve been using gigpro-qwick for 3 years now. I have done over 250 plus gigs on this app alone and another 150 on other gig work apps. Ever since gigpro and qwick merged. The customer service has been terrible. And constant glitches ,I mean absolutely terrible! There is NO help to resolve anything at all. They do not care about the mistakes they make. You will be lucky to even receive a real message from a human. 99 percent of the time. They will copy and paste something from the FAQ tab on their website and say have a good day with no help at all. They take for ever to respond even when they are suppose to be using text support now. This app has completely gone down hill since the merge and the talk amongst the gig workers is , we may be about done with this app. The glitches and the payment system is not strong enough to handle the amount of users. After the hack and people losing thousands out of their bank accounts is illegal. This company has some lawsuits coming their way!!!! How can it be okay for stripe to just take thousands from your bank account? When they should ONLY BE ABLE TO DEPOSIT FUNDS. And not be able to withdraw what so ever. This company has nothing going for them. They went from the best to the worst in 3 months. I hope someone looking to do gig work sees how pathetic the support team is. Sorry /lazy and non empathetic, and no accountability Thank you

Yesterday I woke up to my account debited over $400 from Qwick. I added up the amount and it was equal to the money I was paid back when I worked a few shifts months ago. They literally stole what they paid me and keep telling me they’re working to fix it. Promised I would have it back by the end of the day November 5th, that came and went and nothing. I would stay far away from this app. They are still posting shifts like nothing’s wrong. They told me this is happening to hundreds, if not thousands of people. Most responses I get from them are a stupid bot apologizing for the inconvenience and saying it “understands my frustration.” They are so tone deaf that they think that a bot apology is acceptable for this situation. I’ve learned a lot from this - Never give these people access to you or your bank account. They work with Stripe for payment processing, if I ever see an employer try to make me use Stripe, I will not be their employee now that I know the money I earned months ago can just be taken from my bank account like that with absolutely no accountability. I’ve heard some people out there are out not hundreds, but thousands of dollars from this and to them, I’m praying for you. It’s not like people who work on a gig app can handle a loss like this even for a few days, this company is completely careless.
