The app is very nice it allows me to get points towards gift cards. It is easy to navigate what type of things you want. I think it is great for care takers to be able to receive apps like this to reward them for their work. And it’s overall an awesome app!! It’s a 4/5 only because there was a few technical issues but they got taken care of with 3 days.

So far this is my favorite app to use. I've redeemed 3 giftcards so far for walmart and thats helped me alot when it came to groceries. Its amazing to see that my work doesn't go unnoticed and is well appreciated. I haven't been a caregiver long but to see the points every day and knowing my patients leave a good reviews makes me wanna get even more involved in this industry. I love the company I work for and my patients are the best. I couldn't ask for more. I love getting rewarded for something I love doing. Not to mention the customer service is great and I appreciate everyone. ❤️

The app Care Heroes rewards you while doing your daily tasks at work. I am required to chart anyways but with the app Care Heroes I can earn points and get rewarded for completing my daily tasks at work. This app has been great for giving me the initiative to find time to sit down and chart. It’s very nice to have the extra money to put towards whatever you would like. They have gift cards from all different types of places. They are also great with communication if you ever have any technical difficulties. Overall I give this app a 10/10

This is a great incentive program through our job that is offered. When we do something great in our company, we get recognized for it by receiving care hero coins. Once they add up to a certain amount, you can trade them in for a gift card I have done this multiple times and I love it. I think the app is great and also their customer service is awesome. I needed assistance cashing in on all my care, hero coins, and they contact to me via text and got it done in less than five minutes I give the app a five out of five rating.
