* Mobile Sessions - Updated the relationship list that is presented for Patient Signatures to include two new relationships for Mental Health Provider and Supervisor. * Bells Virtual Scribe - For Bells Virtual Scribe users, introducing Scripts for Bells Mobile!

* Drop-Ins - Drop-In tags were introduced to the Bells Web application in the 11/6/2025 update. Drop-In tags now show and can be used to make searching for drop-ins easier in the mobile application. * Bells Virtual Scribe - For Bells Virtual Scribe users, new configuration was added to only allow Dictation sessions (sessions where a patient is not present). When enabled, the mobile application now respects the new configuration to force the dictation flow for Bells Virtual Scribe.

* Bug Fixes - Issues addressed for drop-in formatting when using placeholders. - Corrected a bug when creating a session that wasn't showing the buttons for Link Scribble and Signature. - Added a fix for mobile signature orientation for patient signatures on sessions as well as Bells Virtual Scribe. - For myEvolv users, addressed an issue preventing users from accessing patients without breaking the glass that are in the user's workgroup.

* Mobile Signatures - Added the ability to capture when the patient can't sign for the session. * Placeholders - Updated FirstName placeholder to use Titlecase. * Bug Fix - Corrected a bug that prevented searching across more than 50 locations.

* Patients - Show patient episodes/enrollments/programs. * Bells Virtual Scribe - Allow users to add a name/relationship for Other people added to the session. * Bug Fix - Allow sign-in for user configured with more than 5 system codes.

* Scribbles - Updated the mobile application to respect the Scribble archive functionality in the web application. Scribbles that have been archived will not show in the mobile application. * Bug Fix - Corrected a bug in the call masking functionality in the mobile application.

* Agenda - Updated the appointment display to resync appointments when the user pulls down on the display. - For myAvatar/myEvolv users, added organization preference support for if No Show and Cancelled appointments show. - Added organization preference support for if a session can be started from an appointment. * Bells Virtual Scribe - Enhanced recordings to respect the 90 minute maximum limit, updated the transcription/summary displays and added a new relationship value for Interpreter.

* Bug fixes - Corrected a loading bug when the user pulls down from the top of the screen to refresh the page causing a blank display to show. Now when users pull down to refresh, the appropriate data displays. - For Bells Virtual Scribe users, addressed an issue in the transcription displays that was showing the transcript in reverse order.

* Bells Virtual Scribe - For Bells Virtual Scribe users, added the ability to capture consents on the fly. When additional participants are added to a Scribe session, consents will be required for all session participants.

* Bells Virtual Scribe - Enhanced Bells Virtual Scribe with several updates to consent functionality including how frequently the consent will occur, consent translation and the ability to refuse to sign for a consent in the Virtual Scribe flow.

* Bells Virtual Scribe - Enhanced Bells Virtual Scribe to allow administrators to configure a patient as “Patient Refused Recording”. This will prevent recording sessions where the patient is present. Dictated session can still be completed for the patient

* Sessions - Enhanced Bells Session functionality to include the ability to go back to the session details from the final “Session Created Successfully” screen. This will allow session details to be reviewed or edited while in the session creation flow. * Bug Fixes - Corrected a bug in the Bells Virtual Scribe consent signature handling not showing the signature in the Web consent display.

* Patient Details - Updated Patient addresses in the Patient Details section to show all available addresses for the patient. * Bugs - Addressed a bug introduced with Patient Signatures unexpectedly locking down session details and applying the Mobile Signatures tag when a Virtual Scribe Consent signature was applied to the session.

* Optical Character Recognition (OCR) - Introducing Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for Bells! When you add an image to your scribble you can get the text from the image to be included in your scribbles or notes in Bells.

* Call Masking - Updated the Call Masking functionality by introducing a new organization level preference in the web application to determine if the call masking capability is always on for users at the organization or controlled by the user in the mobile application. * Scribbles - Fixed a bug in Scribbles when a drop-in is used with placeholders and the text for the placeholder is not replacing based on the patient for the scribble in the mobile application.

* Application - Updated verbiage throughout the application from Service Location to Location. * Scribbles - Corrected bugs in scribbles when using drop-ins or expansions causing the cursor to be in the incorrect place. - Fixed a cosmetic issue cutting the “Saved a moment ago” text off. * Patient Details - Addressed a bug in the Patient Details contact information incorrectly labeling phone number types as undefined phone.
