Telehealth during Coronavirus - Quickly

Awesome app.
Was able to get my practice up and running to see patients via video visits within 20 minutes.
The implementation is lightweight and simple and for the patient they don’t even need an app - it launches secure web session directly from the text message notification.

Also does awesome at secure communication and texting to keep things secure and complaint.

5 stars indeed in this time of need.

Bad app and bad service….

We are a big practice in florida. We have been using this app for a while. Everything was good until we cannot tap in the phone numbers to call back or click on the links to open them from the msgs…. We have called and called and send msgs and the response was “we were never able to do that” i we have been…. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ when u send msg if u close as soon as u sent it it sends to u too…. When a msg doesn’t go and you press resend deletes the msg…. If u press delete msg it resend the msg 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
If u take a picture from the app and you are in a probably not good wifi/signal area it tells u sent and then msg has not and when u try to resend bye bye picture as the picture doesn’t save on ur phone for hippa compliance…. That is great but should let u know picture hasn’t been sent so u can either save it retake etc…..

Still glitchy

Even with newest update, use of links in iOS app still not available. Used to be able to tap on phone numbers within messages to initiate a call, or tap links to open a website. This feature has been gone for months and did not return with latest update. No way to submit issues within the app, as we once were able. Used to be a wonderful app.
