Used to be great
Updates are supposed to make an app better
-this is a free app and I hate to complain but perhaps it will help the developers make change.
-Lately I’m having to prove I’m not a robot every time I open the app which can be up to 50 times a day. I have a busy practice and having to do that every 2 minutes is beyond frustrating. At least have something in place that remembers the device after I proved 2 minutes ago that I wasn’t a robot. I understand the need for security, but I already have to re-enter my password every time anyways.
-the above I try to tolerate but at least every other day the app goes completely white and I either have to delete and reinstall the app or turn off my device for it to work again

Customer service has declined
They used to have live customer service which helped me greatly when I first started. Now all customer service is via the internet by sending messages and the responses strike me as scripted. For more than a month I have tried to add on the capacity to prescribe controlled substances and have not received the mailer. After 2 failed mailings, I was told to just order another one. Really? There was mo acknowledgment of the need inconvenience to me or alternative solution given their method if mailing failed twice. I was told “we sent it to your address to on file” I dont have issues getting mail ag my address. There is an FAQ for “if you did not receive your mailer” makes me wonder if Im not the only one to have this issue. I went from being one of the first people to use the platform and it was free. Now Im paying and watching the customer service go downhill. Am looking into other options but I prepaid for a year. Disappointed doesnt begin to express my feelings about this app.
Needs a serious overhaul
Edit to reflect recent update: App has not worked since it was recently updated. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, updated my phone, reached out to support (with no response) and it adds every prescription to “pending” but will never send the prescription - even if you sign and approve it. Please fix this app! It is unusable now at this point.
Please please please fix the app. The website is not user friendly, so the prescribers in our office all rely on the app. The most significant problem is that when you DC a med, it keeps showing up in the patient’s active medication list. You can try over and over to discontinue the medication but it won’t disappear from their medication list. Another issue is how many reports and complaints we get from pharmacies and patients that the prescription never actually goes through despite it looking like is was successfully sent on our end. These are major issues and we have tried to submit help requests with these issues without response.
