Every piece of information in this app is wrong. I signed in and saw that my already submitted loan application is for 123 Fake St. and that’s obviously wrong. I had to pick an advisor when I signed in, and it was either someone I haven’t been introduced to or “Home Loan Advisor”. Neither has my completed application available to see, or a correct address.On the home page, I have a “submitted application” that a loan officer is reviewing. But my loan application also “needs completing”. It’s acting like I didn’t already spend 45 min completing the application online.My next step is initial disclosures but I can’t access them because the button does nothing.I tried submitting feedback from the support link. But I can’t send the email - the send button is greyed out.I’m giving up and using a different loan provider for what a useless time sink this has been. STAY AWAY.

For documents that cannot be e-signed, this app is a nightmare. The app requests that you print out the documents but you can’t even do that. I’ve tested with other apps and printing works just fine, so the fault lies with this app here. There’s also no way to airdrop, email, or share the document whatsoever. So you can’t sign without a computer

I liked the ability to use my mobile phone for everything!

I’m disappointed. I already have a home loan from G1 and just want to be able to track it. This is for the application process only.
