TriadCity is the world's most imaginative text-based virtual world / role-playing game. It's blind-friendly, does not require broadband, hosts a vibrant international player community, works nicely with VoiceOver, and is completely FREE to play.
Because it's text, you read and type to play. Text is the universal interface. We find that our own imaginations are vastly more fulfilling. And, blind or visually impaired players are first-class citizens in all our games.
Because our monsters really are smart, you'll face challenges traditional adventure games are incapable of conceiving. Violence isn't required — you can advance through exploration, healing, writing, or countless other paths in addition to combat. Our automated characters aren't standing around waiting to be killed: they have homes, jobs, hobbies, quirks and personality tics just like citizens of real-life cities. Our world is alive with motion, vibrant with character. And it has a wicked sense of humor.
