Overall it’s definitely easy to use and appealing to the eye but one thing that I would love to see is an adjustment on the sugar. Ticking the box to add vanilla syrup means a cup of coffee that is filthy sweet. SO sweet that all you taste is liquid sugar which completely ruins the experience of the coffee taste. There should be a half sweet option or the classic 50%, 75%, and 100% sweet. I really only wanted a hint of sweetness!

Too many steps in the checkout process. If I only have one payment method I shouldn't have to click select payment method will be brought to a new page click on my only payment method click OK and then be brought back to the checkout page again every single time. Also the tips are set too high and it's annoying to have to type in a custom number every time. I like leaving a tip, but not 25% on a single overpriced coffee. it also is difficult to get it to type a point before the number so if you the tip to be less than one dollar you have to type in 0.5, one more step in the process. Also when I updated the app earlier this year suddenly all of my ability to use the rewards the way I used to which was just to buy myself a free size upgrade or select from a big list of options now I'm really limited and how I can spend the rewards.

i've been having problems with this app since last May or June (23)The New app version fixed login problem but deleted my points and free drink offer, and there's no ability to add points from purchase that was not made through the app.Ive been waiting since March 9, 2024 for Customer Support to trouble shoot. waiting 20 days laterAlthough the new version of the app fixed my availability to login , Customer Support was so inept during 2023, I had to resend the same request several times because they kept forwarding it to someone else and not sending the initial email with attachments. I would wait several days and after no response I would come back and check a couple weeks later and by that time they just kept sending the same set of preformat instructions and asking me to send a screen recording... that i had already sent and resent .but it was a bug in the app not a problem with my ability to type the correct login info / resetwith the new version of the app removed my previous points and free drink offer.
Too many issues with orders

I used to really like this place, but now it seems like there’s an issue with every order and customer service is rude. For example, the app showed the wrong opening hours. I placed an order 45 minutes before the app said the store closed and I arrived to pick it up 30 minutes before the stated closing time. I arrived to find it completely closed and empty. When I reported this to customer service, they blamed me for placing the order after closing time rather than acknowledging that their app should have the correct hours listed and shouldn’t allow someone to place an order after closing time. I used to be a loyal customer, but I’ll never order from them again.
