I tried installing and using the app. It won't let me check out as guest without creating an account. It won't let me create an account because my email is on file from years ago It won't reset my password via email because who know why (probably some missing CRM data that breaks things). This is basic functionality that just doesn't work.

App work as it should except face i.d It keeps on asking if you want to enable biometrics every time i am login and than it wont sign in. You just need to save your login and pass and do it this way until they fix the bug.I tried to override it but no luck so thats my only complaint so far.I haven't actually rent anything yet but play around and it seems responsive and well thought.

A customer should be able to navigate this Sunbelt Rental App easily, but there's a lot of bugs in this app and it doesn't confirm any rental dates availability for you. It doesn't allow you to do an automatic fill of your credit card information from a new iPhone which is 2005-ish bad coding. Made a phone call to the local rental place and of course they said they had three available of the equipment I was looking for and the app said it had none available for that day. Using the app is a waste of time, just make the phone call.

I’ve had the app on my phone for about a year and a half. I exclusively use it to find initial rental prices, because anything more than that results in the infamous “Improvements in Process” screen. I literally can’t even go beyond viewing my cart without getting stopped. Worst yet, these are the same issues I’ve had since the beginning despite multiple updates since. This is one of those cases where saving pennies on app development costs you dollars in reputation.
This release includes stability improvements and fixes to improve the overall app experience.
Updates include:
