I used this app for few months until it recently stopped working. Unable to log in and stuck on the login page. Tried to resolve the issue for several days, uninstaaled and reinstalled the app but no luck. Customer support is non existent. The idea is good, delivery to the recepient is fast when it worked and the transfer fee is the cheapest of all other services I used. It’s painful that I had to move back to using other services because I couldn’t get the app to log me in.

I have been utilizing CashGo without any issues for some time, but here we go, I encountered a glitch that prompted me to reach out to customer service. Initially, I was prepared to deal with the lack of customer service, professionalism, and effective solutions in our country. However, to my surprise, when I addressed my concern, I received a prompt response from customer service via email. But the frustrating part came when I requested an effective solution, and they simply asked me to wait without even offering an apology or refunding my money. They insisted that I wait for the developers to resolve the issue, which was quite irritating. Even when I demanded an immediate refund or a solution to transfer the money to the intended recipient, they were unhelpful. Finally, the money was deposited after 2 days, but the lack of professionalism was evident in their response. So, dear fellow citizens, while many of us may consider using locally designed money transfer apps to support our growth, I do not recommend using CashGo. It's better to stick with other options like Remitly, Western Union, or other services that prioritize professionalism until CashGo improves its attitude and professionalism.

When I first heard about this app, I was very skeptical but gave it a go with a small amount to test it out. To my surprise I instantly received confirmation from my recipient that they see the money in their account. I used the app here and there since then with no issues. Everything I sent was received by my recipients with in seconds. I also noticed they have added a few more banks recently which is great and helpful in comparing rates. Unfortunately the app doesn’t allow cross bank transfer. So you always have to pick a bank that your recipient have account with.

I had a very disappointing experience with CashGo. Their service is extremely poor, and the customer support is just as bad. The application itself is unreliable — you can’t successfully complete transactions no matter how many times you try. Payments keep getting declined over and over, and it feels like they never update or improve their system.It is incredibly frustrating when you need to send money for your business, family, or any urgent matter, only to be blocked by a broken app and unhelpful service. Overall, CashGo is unreliable and not a service I would recommend to anyone.
