Improvements to the Passenger List for Coordinators • Unified passenger view Coordinators can now see all trip passengers by default, grouped by group, without switching views. • Enhanced filters and search: Added Filter by Group(s) and real-time search by first name, last name, email, or phone number in the passenger list. • Improved performance for large trips: Optimized passenger list for large trips with progressive loading, pagination, and infinite scroll. • More context in the list: Each passenger now displays their group name for quicker identification. • Flexible export options: The export button allows generating reports based on selected groups or all groups by default.

• Improved document visibility for coordinators We fixed an issue that prevented coordinators from viewing the trip documents. The documents section now works reliably and displays all the relevant information. • New option for tutors with multiple experiences Tutors who are already linked to a trip can now join a second experience by entering a valid code through Change Trip → Add Experience → Link Passenger. Once added, they can link to the corresponding passenger using the same familiar flow.
