I want feedback about my driving but if someone swerved in front of me or the light goes yellow I get criticized for hard braking. If I accelerate slow enough to make the app happy then I am a road hazard & people try to pass me. Lots of tailgating. If I obey the speed limit I am again a road hazard - not keeping up with traffic & again, people try to pass me. More tailgating. Back off the nanny state mentality. Braking, cornering and accelerating at normal rates need to be allowed. Must drive like grandma on Sunday and hold up traffic to please the current settings. Gets real old. Will look for another company when I can.

My situation…I’m a returning client and I got a new policy with through United Security. I was looking for the Warrior app to update my policy info so that I can make my payments through the app like before. It wasn’t working so I tried deleting the old profile, that didn’t work. So I called the tech number provided to in the app to get this done. Alice, a sweet heart, helped me out and did get things straightened out on her end but things still didn’t work out in the app. It’s definitely an app/program issue. At this point, I’ll just move around and call the toll free number🤷🏾‍♂️Preciate the help Alice! ✊🏾

This app has a lot of flaws in it for one thing you can’t make your payment through the app for some reason it let me the first time then everytime after that I have to call it in. It tries to rate you when your not even the driver and I’ve set it to where I wasn’t the driver and it still does it. If it worked right it might be a good app I’m considering just dropping it from my phone

At first it worked then I had to pay double because it marked an error it is an application that the truth stresses me it only served to see how much I owed but when I checked the total it was not all it said I had 5 dollars it is not accurate and I paid 20 dollars more extra
