First off let me say I USED to Love this app. In the past month, since mid April ,2025 I have been let down and disappointed time and time again. Prior to the update, the app worked great. It’s given me the chance to share my journey and find out some really cool products along the way. However- I gave it 1star because the response time on communication when you need to get a hold of someone is basically non existent. I’ve reached out to the customer support team like I’ve been instructed to do several times(8 Open tickets in the app)no chat message feature is available bc I’m not in an active sponsorship. Zero response in return. MOST RECENTLY I WAS KICKED OUT OF PREMIUM FOR NO REASON WITH WEEKS LEFT IN THE MONTH ON MY PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP(PAID IN FULL) AND I CANT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER ME. Forget trying to ask for a refund when they charge you for no reason and you can’t use their services but they continue to charge you! Probably happened with the new bug but I’m super let down as I love this app and don’t want to look elsewhere for my UGC material. Two weeks later and it’s still crickets

I've been using this platform for about 7 months now and you do get items to try out and keep. Unfortunately I've missed out on some great items because the card they gave me to pay for the item declined and when you contact customer support nobody will reply to you, I have tickets open from 6 months ago. Then when someone from their company saw a review I posted it said said to contact them so they can make it right and I did that and to no surprise never got a response. I've paid for the premium membership and today myself along with some other users have a message that says I am no longer eligible and my access to the premium membership has been removed and to cancel my membership. I have to upload a video of the item and my face every time I receive an item, get 20 clicks and do the survey where as someone I know never has to do a video showing they received the item, doesn't need 20 clicks, and get a lot of paid sponsorships. I also referred this person and was supposed to receive 10% of what they made but I received nothing. I have at least 7 open tickets and they haven't responded to any and other users have complained about the same issue. It's a shame because it has the potential to be a great influencer platform if they had a customer support they actually responded.Update* Now they have decided to take away premium access from numerous users and block their accounts for no reason. Then it says to contact support if you believe this is an error but nobody will ever reply back you and their email they list doesn't even accept mail.

This is my first time posting a review because of how frustrated I am. I finally got my “pending verification” approved and I saw a bunch of awesome products. When I tried to sign up for one of the products, it asked for a picture of the front and back of ID, no problem. Then it wants a picture of you. I moved when taking the picture so I think a little bit of the picture didn’t have my head in the circle and since it just automatically takes one and submits it, that was it. I no longer had any products as if I were a bot. Okay still no problem, I’ll reach out. I messaged an email that I received acceptance from said the response was “due to high volume go in the app for the help chat”, THERE ISN’T ONE! I’ve looked everywhere multiple times! I’m 25 and very tech savvy sooo that’s not the issue. I then go to the actual site and find a email to message, once again I received “due to high volume” blah blah blah. So the parts that make me frustrated is that I missed out on great products and can’t reach out to anyone about it! It’s ridiculous. Deleting this app because it’s not worth the headache at this point.
