Downloaded and looked around. It looks a lot better but still has a long way to go I think. The home page and dashboard page are basically the same thing lol. The customer search is working but you cant view the customer page still and you cant book a call still. Obviously like you said, their still working on it. If they would honestly just make the app show you your dashboard, be able to pull up a customers profile, and book a call from it...it would be the perfect app. How they have spent this much time on it and still haven't gotten it right is hilarious.

Prior to switching to enterprise hub the app worked perfectly. While I understand they are still working on it I could still log in and see the board. Move calls and see if tech is on the way, working, or sitting doing nothing. After changing to the enterprise hub I can’t even log in. Hopefully they will fix this so I can use the app again.

Barely useful features. No job booking tab, no dispatch function, search lets you bring up customers and locations but when you select the schedule job button, you get a “coming soon” screen. For being available in the App Store for 13 years even if it is a beta app that’s poor. For the amount of money they charge us for all the add ons ya think they could at least move quicker on a functional office app. ….maybe they will charge extra for the app too. Make it a “Pro” feature 🤦🏻‍♂️
