Our company has been using and growing along with JobNimbus for the last 6 years. JobNimbus has been instrumental in helping us build our business and our brand. JobNimbus has allowed us to streamline our production and manage our growth. We learn constantly and JobNimbus is always improving. They seem to have a similar mindset and approach. Like our belief, if you’re not going forward, you’re going backwards. There are many programs and systems which can help grow your business. We’ve aligned with JobNimbus and have no regrets. We would if given the opportunity, choose JobNimbus as our CRM again. Definitely recommend. And hope they will continue as they always do, to improve and find new ways of making the program and system.

UPDATE: Moving to one star because we still cannot send a decent looking invoice after 4 months of chaos and broken promises. Also, if you’re new to setting up CRM’s, be prepared to pay an additional $50 per customer payment if you want to use Jobnimbus’ ACH billing. We opted out and lost a lot of functionality of the $200+/month App Back to the original review: Setting up Job Nimbus has been a frustrating ordeal, filled with misleading promises and constant headaches. One example: It would not work with our version of quickbooks even tho we were assured it would. This lead to further costly delays while getting everything integrated. The mobile app barely works—half the features are broken or missing, and the entire system is glitchy and unreliable. The estimating software is no exception and very limited, I believe it is geared more towards insurance jobs vrs the average residential contractor. Some of the things that frustrate me are the laborious input of pricing in the endless products and services page… I’m dreading searching out each item and re inputting all my sub pricing when the next price change occurs. Also the way it applies markup or margin is terrible and doesn’t allow you to see your overhead costs versus your actual profit margin. The only thing it gets right is organizing daily tasks. If I had to do it over, I’d look closer at AccuLynx. Also worth noting is that I’ve purchased entirely new computers and run their recommended web browser but it still glitches out. Too many issues to list here….

Switched from acculynx a little over a year ago, took some getting used to, needed both the app and desktop for various reasons and capabilities the app didn’t have, but we got it way more streamlined with some help from Ronnie. I’ve been using the new app since beta phase came out several months ago and haven’t touched the legacy app except for when I need two files opened simultaneously lol! I love the new app, it’s very functional and user intuitive. Things I’d like to see in the app: function to delete files, function to sort tasks customers and jobs etc by “last touched” , personally I’d like to have the jobs/contacts/tasks/estimate buttons be below my “todays schedule” on the Home Screen, and not sure if there a way already or not but having lost sales stay showing in my pipeline I’d rather not see. I give it like a 97 A! Keep up the great work!

Great program but a couple issues make it unusable:-You can not restrict other users from viewing your emails, text messages, estimates, invoices, and other sensitive information. This is misleading because there is a feature where it seems like you can turn off these things. But once you send an email with an invoice, a low level user can see your entire email with that document. Ig you email them talking about another user, they can see this. If the customer emails you sensitive information like a social security number for example, everyone can see this. -Sales tax does not sync properly with qbo! Lets say you put in a tax rate into Jobnimbus and it syncs to qbo. It does not fill in the shipping field in qbo, which determines the sales tax for qbo. It leaves the shipping field blank. Qbo then records the sales tax as your default global tax rate. Then, it will sync this incorrect tax rate BACK to Jobnimbus and all of your sales tax os messed up.-There is no way to correctly sync a tax exempt customer. If you select No Tax Sales in jobnimbus, it will NOT sync that information to quickbooks. When the estimate/invoice syncs, qbo just sets the estimate/invoice to your global tax rate and then PUSHES that global rate BACK to job nimbus. -I cant believe they are working on other features when the program does not even function correctly on a base level! Very very disappointed. I honestly wish I did not invest so much time and resources into this program…
