Adjust Sound Properties.
Use the app interface to control bass, treble, volume, and speaker balance via smartphone or tablet.
Select, Create, and Save Tuning Presets.
Choose from Harman Kardon defined tuning presets to pair with Movie, Music, TV, or News. Plus, adjust sound properties on your own to create and save custom presets.
Enable/Disable Quiet Couch Mode.
Use this mode to limit the sound and bass coming from your couch, for those moments that don’t call for immersive surround sound.
Lots of misinformation in the comments and even from people that currently work there. I was a manager at a store that was placed to sell more stealthtech sales. It isn’t blue tooth technology that connects the center channel to the subwoofer. It’s WISA technology. Stupid to point out but the difference matters. Bluetooth wouldn’t have the same connectivity difficulties but also would not sound as good.Make sure your subwoofer is plugged into a surge protector with the same power capacity. A regular extension cord will not work. Power supply limitation is a major culprit. A lot of customer service and other store reps do not know that. Power surges can also damage the subwoofer over time.The thing that kills me is the APP still barely works. It always disconnects from my phone. And I have to unplug my whole system. This has been an issue for people since the beginning and just annoying. I get that there’s a regular remote. But the selling point is the app.

This app does not stay connected. Every day you have to unplug the soundbar to reset. We have gotten to the point where don’t even use it. I feel like we were ripped off as we added this for the convenience and now it’s everything but that. I talk to a rep in February and he promised there was an update coming in the next 30 to 60 days and here we are almost 4 1/2 months later and nothing. The last update was 8 months ago. We are spending thousands on this stuff and I feel Ike I went to Value City.

We have had our system for over a year and a half and it’s amazing when it works. Problem is love sac is not a software company and has not decided to become one. The last update was May 2023 and they still don’t have the iPhone blue tooth connectivity issue resolved. Now I am having blue tooth connectivity issues with my center channel and sub and the only option is to uninstall the system and start from scratch again. Man I wish they could make this work, it’s such a great idea, but it has taken our sactional, which we loved and spoke about constantly, and left us only speaking about the negative experience with the stealth tech. If you have a sactional and an iPhone save your money, love your sactional and don’t ruin it with stealth tech.
App hasn’t worked in 5 months

The only way I can use Stealthtech is connecting the Bluetooth to my firecube. I’ve paired the app a few times before but it doesn’t stay connected. Once it disconnects, you most likely won’t get it to connect again. The only plus side is being able to use the physical LoveSac remote once connected to the FireTV. However, nothing about that has anything to do with the app...because the app doesn’t work.You cant customize the speakers & you’ll have to accept the default settings. The first software update didn’t resolve the issue. If anything, it’s worse now because the app can’t detect my stealthtech at all anymore. Therefore making the app useless. If there was another software update since, I wouldn’t know because the app needs to connect to function.
