Water also integrates with Apple Health, using your weight to calculate a personalized daily water goal, and syncing your drink logs directly with the Health app. Best of all, every feature is completely free—no hidden costs, ads, or subscriptions.

Water has integration with Apple Health and uses HealthKit to fetch your weight to calculate your recommended water intake and synchronize your drinks to the Apple Health app. Your health data will be only used for calculations and will not be stored in the app database.
Please note, this app is not intended for medical use. All calculations are made approximately. There are a lot of different methods how to calculate your recommended daily intake. This app results are based on a few formulas and averaged. If you are not sure how much water you should drink or have chronic diseases, you should first consult your doctor.
i was really excited for this app because i’ve been looking for a water tracker that is aesthetically pleasing. This app is cute but it needs some fixing. I can’t seem to change the unit of measurement from millilitres. i also can’t seem to change my water goal to a higher amount. One thing that would really make the app easier would be if you could manually put in how much water you are drinking or set the amount options yourself that pop up when you choose a drink.
Developer Response
Thank you so much for your feedback! I really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and suggestions. To manually adjust your water goal, you can turn off "Use Weight to Calculate Goal" in the app settings (tap the gear icon in the top right corner of the User screen). If you'd like to change the unit of measurement, you'll need to disable "Sync Water" in the app’s settings (same location) or update your preferred unit directly in the Apple Health app. I’m always looking for ways to improve the app, so I’ll definitely consider adding more customization options in a future update. Thanks again for your input! If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out.
This update brings a polished, more modern look with subtle UI refinements for a cleaner experience. Notifications are now smarter and more personalized, making them feel uniquely yours. Plus, the app supports even more languages, so you can enjoy the app in your preferred language.
