Our Residential service offers 24 hour support and is registered for 19 clients from the age of 18+
Accommodation and care is tailored to the individual needs and person centered care is paramount within our ethos to help our clients lead a happy, dignified life, we aim to provide homely, comfortable and above all a happy environment.
We are located in Pocklington a picturesque and vibrant market town on the outskirts of York. The home is situated within an acre of grounds and provides individual units accommodating from one to four clients in each with regards to community and individual living.
CQC has rated our service as good and our food hygiene rating is 5
Homecare
Sherbutt Home Care Services Ltd provides domiciliary services for adults with learning disabilities, which is sensitive to the needs of the individual client to promote quality of life and to encourage maximum independence. We aim to provide care that is of high quality and individually designed to meet each clients unique needs and preferences.
The ethos of Sherbutt Home Cares Services Ltd is to help our clients lead happy, dignified lives and to become and remain as self-reliant and independent as possible within a safe environment.
Supported Living
We support individuals to live in their own homes, the services are tailored to the individuals needs and support may be provided for individuals or on a shared care basis.
Accommodation can be provided through our sister company, to which tenancies and shared housing can be accessed, this service currently has eleven properties accommodating single occupants and shared accommodation from two to four bed properties.
