Facial recognition storage creates concerns

The absence of public databases where facial recognition can be ver gifted creates a simpleConcern of the respect for privacy data when facial recognition is stored. It’s simply make no sense therefore in the absence of a need for providing storage of facial data recognition this creates a doubt of the reason behind that. I have a concern to provide biométrica data to private entities for unclear purposes and therefore I will never use that system for that exact same reason. And exact explanation of the need to store biometric data is missed.

It will only let you on the app 10% of the time. And all your data is stored on this horrible app. US licenses do not work and the scanning for documents is very sensitive. I would say save the trouble and do not use anything that has to do with this application. Enjoy your stay, your time, peace of mind and sanity by not booking and downloading this app.

App functions well - most issues seem fixed

Saw all the negative reviews and I was worried when my AirBnB used it. I was pleasantly surprised when it functioned well. Only issue I encountered was with the passport scanning feature - which had some issues.

Almost non-functionally bad. Scans your DOB incorrectly and crashes when you try to update it. The idea of giving my personal info to this horrendous app is scary. I can only imagine how my personal data is being mismanaged by this disaster of a company.
