I have had a good experience with TGM, except for one issue related to their mobile application, which hindered my ability to place orders. Aside from this concern, my interactions with TGM have been positive. I have placed multiple orders with them, and I typically receive my purchases within a week, despite them being shipped to the US. Furthermore, I am highly satisfied with the quality of the quilts I have purchased, as they consistently fit perfectly and meet my expectations.

I have made an order and for some reason the payment type chosen was cash on delivery even after i entered my card info and the order was placed. When i wanted to return the toooo bad sizes and quality arrived, they said i can only get the refund as a points (like a gift card of the amount) in my account for the next purchase. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I didn’t get my money!! But their service is tooo bad and I don’t want to order for them again and want to get the amount back in my account but they said their policy doesn’t allow!!
