The customer service is wonderful and that is EVERYTHING to me. They answer phone calls with an actual human being to speak to, and they answer emails and chats very quickly. Literally an amazing company to work with so far!! Thank you Zen Business for doing what other businesses have quit doing, thank you for the actual interaction and help! I like all the good reads for entrepreneurs as well.

Do not start your business with zen business, huge waste of money to do things you can do while saving your money, I paid for the pro plan, and it includes a permit search, their version of a permit search is to send you a 48 page, not permit, page list, of every different permit and you weed thru it, then when you ask for assistance, you’d think they’d be willing to help, they say yes of course, for the affordable price of 450$, they took advantage of the fact that I didn’t know anything about taxes, also my fault for not doing my own research, sold me on a 99$ a month tax accountant saying that I needed one or the irs was gonna file my taxes in their favor because I MUST file quarterly, only for the accountant to tell me I was lied to, then have to jump thru their loops to get out of the tax accountant membership because he told you he’s not needed in your stage of the business. Then told you’ll get a refund, but they charge you for the next month instead of refunding you. These people are not business partners they are scammers who have nothing in mind but to get one over on you any chance they get. Go with any app other than this one.

I received an email that my subscription renewal was coming up and I would be charged unless I canceled. I immediately canceled as I no longer needed their services (at least for the meanwhile). Imagine my surprise when a week later I check my credit card transactions and they charged me anyway. I attempted to contact customer support via their phone number but was never able to reach anyone. That is when I decided to try email. All this to say, I have been going back and forth via email regarding the fraudulent charge they made on my card for several months with no resolution. $149 might be small to some but that is a lot of money for me. Imagine if they’re doing this to thousands of people and they just give up because of the hassle this company puts you through? That is a lot of money! They are scamming and by the looks of the reviews, have been doing this for a long time. This ends with me!

I been waiting more then a month for my LLC to form and it’s been a huge headache and waste of money.“Unfortunately, your file was rejected due to the Registered Agent not accepting the online appointment , we are sorry for the inconvenience caused, it was an error in the system that we already fixed. We have now resubmitted your state filing to the state.”My registered agent doesn’t pay attention to the online appointment. I thought it would be easy and fast pace, but I was wrong. I would of been better of doing all the work and saving my 400$ spent for a horrible experience. When you call for customer support be ready to wait 30+ minutes every time. You can’t speak to managers or higher ups. My agents name is Eduardhino F. Hopefully nobody ever gets this agent or even uses this app. Save your money and time. I still haven’t been able to even receive my EIN. So my company hasn’t been formed it’s been more then A MONTH WAITING and no answer email or call from the ZEN business. Please stay away from this app.
