This app does what it is supposed to do and even a tad bit more.I purchased the Corporate Phone service in addition to a website from DreamHost. The service from DreamHost was very much subpar, (the e-mail does not work with apple devices,) but the corporate phone service was surprisingly useful and effective. It even works to send and receive images; but sadly, they will not remain indefinitely and ephemerally disappear after about two weeks. Really though, that is the only negative thing I can say about the service thus far — again, quite surprising for something I only paid for as a bonus service in addition to the actual product.

I signed up for this app expecting it to be a professional service, since it is mainly for professionals. The application is full of bugs - crashes at least once a month, if not weekly. Both my wife and I have it - separate accounts for each one of our businesses - and we both have had multiple problems. I.e. Text messages not coming through, dropped calls, contacts disappearing, and others. It has been very disappointing to say the least. The most disappointing part of it all is that anytime we call to get answers from customer service, they usually are able to help but the response is very dismissive and usually accompanied by “oh yeah, we’ve known about that problem - here’s how to fix it.” The fact that I have to call every time to get things fix instead of just being proactive and providing the solution immediately instead of days, or weeks, later has negatively impacted my businesses. We have had this service since July 2024 and are now looking for another service that can replace it. The main pain point is that one of our businesses is a high call volume business so we now have to figure out an efficient and effective way to transition to a new system / service.

I am from pakistan and using your registered agent services for my 3 LLCs in USA and i bought your VOIP number it was working great but suddenly I have problems with the causes quality calling systems, dialing numbers and everything so I called one of your agent about my problem that I am facing all the struggles so he just simply said, sir our services are not for non-residence like we don’t provide services outside the United States of America so we can’t help you with that. It was pretty disappointing. I was hoping for a better answer or maybe a solution although the guy was nice. He share me the troubleshooting steps, but they were very common. I just have to uninstall the app install it againand that’s all so I request you guys to provide a services to Pakistan specially as well as other countries who founders are in the need of this setting so we don’t need to buy the services from other cheap VOIP systems and pay more with the limited amount of time. I had good expectations when I purchased a virtual office package which also included a business line that I could use on any phone through this app. NortWest Registered Agents were very kind and pleasant to speak with and they quickly walked me through setting up my businesses phone number and informed me it may take up to 48 hours to update with my bus. Name ID since it still had to process completely through its system.The next week my ID still comes up as “Spam Risk” which that certainly is not a way to gain a possible business prospects trust and and with good reason because I side with caution for obvious reasons in today’s booming “scammers gone wild” steal from anyone it’s ridiculous.Anyhow after I called in the 2nd time I was told it could take 3 weeks which I said ok and they granted a $0 cost for my first bill for obvious reasons.Well we are here at over a month and I’m still a Spam Risk. I feel that this issue is not that difficult to have resolved within a day since it would be a matter of updating the caller base ID information and not building an entire circuit for the line but even that wouldn’t require more than a day.Unfortunately at this point I can’t leave a positive review again for obvious reasons. I am not someone who takes any pleasure in giving reviews like this because I support a company’s growth, success, and longevity. Sorry guys but I feel the only way to improve people, concepts, businesses, and especially relationships is with honesty aka: constructive criticism.
