The app is well designed and functions much like other sportsbooks apps. The only thing is sometimes you can’t see the listed player for MLB props, like strikeout overs. The text doesn’t fit on the screen. If this gets changed, then this is a 5 star app. Looking forward to it becoming real!

I tried this Sportsbook today and was able to get the new user promo. Everything was working good until I tried to make a $10 bet. You have to slide a little circle from one side to another to confirm it. Every time I did it there was an error and it was not deducting money from my balance. I checked my bets and it placed 4 of the same $10 parlay bets. I contacted support to see if I could could the $30 back from the 3 bets I did not place. Briana from support said it could not be refunded or credited back to me. It’s a little upsetting that I didn’t get anything back especially since this was my first time using it. Hopefully they fix the app soon because there are a lot of things that would not show up for long periods of time such as the odds next to bets. I would make a parlay in SGP and it would take up to 10 minutes before it showed what the final odds were in the bet slip. So far this is the first time I have run into this with a sportbook.

I tried this Sportsbook today and was able to get the new user promo. Everything was working good until I tried to make a $10 bet. You have to slide a little circle from one side to another to confirm it. Every time I did it there was an error and it was not deducting money from my balance. There were a lot of issues when this app first came out, but the developers and the staff have been working hard and communicating well to improve it. They have had numerous improvements since it launched. They now have good new player promos, they have great boosts, you can deposit at the cage. Hopefully, they can get PayPal deposits in the future.
