In second measure appointments we are updating Edit Configuration button colors, and allowing offices to configure the display of "After" product visualizations. Cash Financing Offers are now available. Users can now setup multiple ProVia and Reeb 2G catalog tabs. We are removing the Energy Savings feature.

Product interests on an appointment can now be updated even after the appointment has started. We've made a few improvements to streamline the document signing workflow in the mobile app.

Fixed an issue with Deep linking into an appointment via API. Sales reps can now select individual lines to copy from one package into one or more other packages, in addition to copying entire packages.

We've add an option to display visual indicators wherever blank space appears in full-page components. Vendo will allow users to choose which tax rate they want to use on an appointment if the integration returns more than one rate. We've added new FeneVision and Reeb 2G integration options to Vendo. Organizations and offices can no longer display WCP line numbers on documents.

Offices can now deep link out of Vendo after resulting an appointment. We've increased the line size of signatures and initals, and updated the signing workflow for documents in the app and emails. Sales reps can now import more than one ProVia order into an appointment. Lines can now be rearranged in the Inspection and Configure steps. The Quote screen will now display product catalog headers and catalog sources. Offices can opt into displaying this additional information on documents.

Home Data is now a primary feature. Added setting to prevent users from editing line item quantity. Redesigned User Preferences form in the mobile app and added settings to enable local image upload and offline mode. Updated logic for opening appointments via direct links. Fixed issue with Call button on appointments screen. Mulling now shows in Second Measure appointments when available. Signers are now guided through signatures and initials on documents from left to right, top to bottom.

Added a swipe-down feature to appointment page to check CRM for new appointments. When copying packages, sales reps will have the option to copy only the package configurations for a single category, rather than copying across all categories. We are introducing Multi Omni, where sales reps can quote from multiple active Manufacturers within a single category tab in the Mobile App.

Miscellaneous bug fixes.

Offices can now make a contract or an attachment required. Anytime a required document appears to app users, it will be selected and disabled. Adder names can now be up to 100 characters.

Users can now select a package when adding a line item on the configuration step. We've made a few updates to Full Page Components, including signatures on line item summaries, titles, and changes in font.

Fixed issue with Help Center links directing a user to the mobile app. Transitioning between signature fields in document signing will flow left to right across the contract then down one line, and so on. "Configure Now" button will show during inspection for openings without configured lines. Vendo will now use default client set in WebCP without forcing user to confirm. Admin users will be able to update the order of how the sales steps appear in the mobile app.

ProVia orders can now be manually confirmed in Second Measure appointments. Homeowners will see an updated message when they're signing documents on a device during their appointment and choose not to complete signatures before proceeding. We've added a new Biometric Login user preference that allows sales reps to use their fingerprint for authentication in Vendo. Sales reps can expect some minor visual changes within the mobile app due to changes to the back-end platform.

We've added Seller Initials to Document Designer. In catalog modifications, users are now able to rename or hide the catalog steps and the product tile headers that appear in the mobile app.

With the proper setup, sales reps are able to select their own stacking points when mulling units in the mobile app. Offices are able to require sales reps to view their project and/or line-item adders tabs before they can finish their configuration. Sales reps are able to upload PDFs to an appointment and have the option to email those PDFs to homeowners. We've added Hover mapping to the remaining catalog categories.

We've updating the “Select Documents to Send” modal to organize demo resources by category. We've added the option to hide smart adders in the mobile app while maintaining any price impacts from those adders. We’re fixing a bug in the mobile app where all result types—won, lost, or pending—appear selected when resulting an appointment, even though only one is actually selected. We've updated our line item quantity validation to allow up to quantity 999,999.

We’ve fixed a bug that causes the date in the top banner to display different dates depending on what sales step a rep is in. We’ve improved the zoom function when homeowners are reviewing and signing documents on their mobile devices. When reviewing documents, homeowners can able to jump directly to their signature and initial fields when they’re ready to sign. Dealers can prevent appointments from being resulted as Won until the documents selected for the homeowner are signed.

We’ve fixed an issue where the Seller Signature Date field doesn’t sometime populate. Dealers with Portal ID logins will be able to log in to their ProVia integration. In SM appointments, line item adders will be visible after a user selects Confirm Configuration. We’re making changes to ensure that home data on the Appointments page is accurate. Offices will have the option to disable sending emails based on email type. Hard stop messages will be displayed at the question level.

Introducing a new sales step: Needs Assessment. Users can complete their Needs Assessment questionnaire within Vendo and automatically send the document to their back office. Dealers can filter product catalogs for an appointment—based on the product interests that were selected for that appointment—and result each catalog separately. Sales steps can span two lines, both having a ten character limit.

Offices can default all custom adders to be taxable. When this setting is applied, users can’t update the Taxable Service checkbox. We’ve fixed an issue with dates being based on the UTC time in the Show All view of the Appointments home page. Organizations that use the Quote Header primary feature can rename references to "Quote Header" in the mobile app. Offices can hide the "No defects found" verbiage on the Inspection Report when no conditions are selected.

We are now allowing offices to determine if they'd like their discount override to apply to package price or discountable package price. Admin users will have more control over how pricing values are rounded in Price Configurations, including whether to use decimals or not, and if those values should be rounded up, down, or to the nearest value.

When a mobile app user minimizes the app, the Appointments page will automatically refresh when it’s reopened. Offices that use Paradigm Payments will have the option to charge credit card surcharge fees to a homeowner instead of absorbing the fee themselves. When creating promos in the Admin Portal, users can choose which promotion categories can be stacked with a promotion during an appointment. The promotion list in the appointment will dynamically update based on this setup.
